I am recruiting a:
Sales Coordinator (International Distribution) based in Munich
The company
My client is a global player in the entertainment industry. Their range of activity comprises of the development, production, acquisition and distribution of world-class entertainment content. With their global reach and a vision to innovate the TV and entertainment landscape they are a spectacular company to work for.

The job
This position is spilt into four main areas of activity:

• Pre-Sales Support
o Manage business relationships through continuous client liaisons via phone and mail
o Create sales presentations for clients
o Support the Sales team by tracking windowing for all TV products
o Take care of the client screening process and provide digital links
o Keep on top on client screening analytics

• Post-Sales Support
o Working with Technical Department
o Assisting with payment queries

• Deal Management
o Manage and update sales pipelines
o Update all client information and strategy in the in-house database
o Coordinate the contracting process and draft paperwork for deal processing

• Admin
o Work with Team Assistant on sales market and client support
o Coordinate meetings and trips and make sure everything is correctly set up

- You are a detail oriented organizer with strong administrative skills
- You are a born proactive multitasker who stays calm in a fast paced work environment
- You have strong IT skills and know your way around MS Office with special interest in Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
- You have experience in the TV and Film Sales environment
- You are passionate about exception home entertainment experiences
