On behalf of our client, an international leading FMCG/luxury company based in Geneva, we are looking for an

Senior Executive Assistant

Reporting to the Department’s Director, you will assist and provide administration support in a dynamic team and an international environment.

Main responsabilities :

- Provide administrative support
- Diary management, maintaining files,
- Write email and miscellaneous correspondence,
- Assist with the organization of various meetings and events,
- Arrange travel, accommodations,
- Manage travel expenses,
- PowerPoint layout,
- Assists with any projects as required,
- All others ad-hoc duties as assigned

Profile and competencies:

- Commercial CFC or equivalent diploma
- Minimum 6 years experiences in a similar role as executive assistant for top executives within an international environment
- Bilingual in French & English, any other languages is an asset
- Detail oriented, discrete, diplomatic, dependable, proactive,
- High resistance to stress,
- Must be able to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner,
- Computer literate (excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),
