SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Our client is a leading contract management company operating globally.

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and have at least two years prior experience in similar positions. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Job Specification

• Receive referrals via agencies allocated to you by the Sales Manager or via bespoke company systems, or any other means.
• Contact potential clients/contractors by phone.Sell technical solutions in order to meet agreed sales targets.
• Prepare calculations/salary simulations and sales e-mails to send to potential clients.
• Ensure the appropriate employment contract is received and entered into the system.
• Send details of new sale to the relevant internal departments.
• Cultivate existing agencies by regular visits and other communication.
• Seek potential new business/agencies, passing details to the Sales Manager.
• All administrative tasks relative to the position.

Profile:
• Prior experience of a minimum of 2 years in a similar type role preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of working with payrolls and or international taxation would be considered an advantage
• Articulate with an excellent command of written and spoken English – ability to work at a business level. French is also desirable but not essential.
• A friendly and helpful approach to clients
• Flexible attitude and good attention to detail
• Mature self-starter, able to take responsibility, ownership and initiative
• Willingness to work within a multi-cultural environment
• Good IT skills – Microsoft Office
• Confident telephone manner
