SALES MANAGER - UK/FR

Located in Barcelona, under the direction of the Sales Manager, as a Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:

- Developing, supervising, training and evaluating the workflow of your team (Sales Agents)
- Achieving budget, meeting your SLA’s, expanding sales and reaching goals on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis
- KPI’s Planning and follow-up
- Leading and motivating your team and increasing its productivity
- Generating action plans to enhance performance and productivity of underperforming personnel
- Support in interviewing candidates and hiring successful candidates.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

- Full-time work availability.
- Higher education in commerce or Business Administration.
- Previous experience managing sales team.
- Native level of English
- Fluent level of French
- Fluent level of Spanish would be a plus
- Experience in managing teams with cold-calling objectives and KPI’s

Requirements:

- Management teams (more than a year of experience)

Plus requirements:

- Experience as a customer service or sales agent(B2C or B2B).
- Experience as a helpdesk
- Experience with leisure-restaurants-travel companies.
- Knowledge with SalesForce program or with ContactCenter programs.
- Other languages as French or Italian
