PAYROLL SPECIALIST (English native)

For one of our clients, a fast growing International HR & Employment services company based in Neuchâtel with clients in more than 30 countries, we are looking for

PAYROLL SPECIALIST (English native) – Neuchâtel - Permanent contract

Your main responsibilities:

- Prepare end-month close and all payroll related accruals
- Reconciliation with associated accounts
- Coordination with local authorities as well as local stakeholders regarding payroll
- Submit the family allowances application and the work permit
- Act as the point of contact towards employees regarding payroll, expenses and time-sheets
- Participate to payroll improvement projects


Your profile:

- Proven experience in a swiss payroll function in an international and fast growing environment
- Native-level English (or near native), any other languages would be an asset.
- Participation in complex payroll process in different countries
- Experience working with external provider
- Ability to approach payroll issues in a solution oriented manner, prioritize and seamlessly manage a high volume of activity and requests from multiple sources in a time sensitive environment
- Proficiency with Excel
