OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Our client is a leading and highly competitive multinational within the Industrial and Logistics field with presence across EMEA, Northern America and APAC.
With more than 3.000 employees they combine motivation with excellence and professionalism.

RESPONSABILITIES
• Internal staff support in terms of Projects and also help in the administrative tasks.
• Handling of document control (document transfer, dead-lines checks, etc.)
• Phone call Screening, enquiries and requests.
• Liaising with internalclients, suppliers, advisors, shareholders, intercompany directors and other staff.
• Organising and maintaining the Operations Officer diary and making appointments on a daily basis.
• Word processing, dealing with correspondence, writing emails/letters and corporate documentations/SOP’s/policies (further information on such detailed herein), taking dictation, typing minutes and meeting reports.
• Organising and attending meetings, and arranging business trips (including flights and accommodations), ensuring the Operations Officer is well-prepared for meetings/business trips.
• Support the top management when needed, as well as write reports and inform them.
• Act as Brand Ambassador of the Company.
• Designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS
• Business based education
• At least 2 years of management assistance experience (preferable in industry)
• A good level of Spanis, English and French is mandatory.
• Good organization skills
• Ability to work in process oriented manner
• Ability to work under pressure / resistant to stress
• Open to new challenges
• Motivated & flexible
• Willing to travel
