Network Switching Product Sales Manager

Network Switching Product Sales Manager – £120 to 190k OTE
Germany Home office based

The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing revenue, establishing new customer accounts from the first contact to the sale closing, in an assigned territory.
Main responsibilities:
• Manages the entire sales cycle including prospecting and qualifying business, demonstrating key advantages, negotiating, and closing of the sale.
• Defines account strategy by highlighting advantages and influencing technical decision makers by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops and implements region-wide sales plans in line with company vision.
• Creates and maintains customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Meets and exceeds sales objectives and quota.
• Attends trade shows and demonstrates products to potential customers.

• Local account knowledge of most important companies.
• Proven track record of sales performance.
• Excellent attention to detail, commitment to quality, results driven and customer focused.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory to solicit orders.
Excellent level of spoken and Written German and English

Education and Experience:
• 3+ years’ outside sales experiences selling technical SoftWare/HardWare solutions to large enterprises.
• Experience selling into data centers (preferred).
