Head of Sales UK&I

Our client is a dynamic B2B SaaS solution provider in the area of customer satisfaction. Due to expansion, they are now seeking to recruit a Head of Sales UK&I in Central London.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales will be responsible for the overall new business development and the management of the Sales team.

The Position:

- Driving all sales activity within the UK & Ireland, including the management of some named accounts and new business development by developing and implementing an efficient sales strategy
- Setting annual sales targets for the sales team
Identifying national market opportunities
- Building and maintaining positive relationships at a high level with existing and potential key customers across the UK
- Negotiating profitable agreements in person with clients and closing on major targeted key accounts to grow long term revenue
- Hitting personal targets
- Conducting weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and engage with and motivate the sales team
- Recruiting and managing each individual within the team to support personal growth


Experience and traits we are looking for:

- At least, 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales within a SaaS or Cloud-based solution business
- Significant leadership and people management experience of leading and motivating sales team in a senior sales leader role
- Demonstrated ability of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Consultative selling style with successful track record of SaaS solutions or Cloud-based services selling
- Experience of strategic development and key account management
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Able to maintain maintain effective working relationships both with clients and internal teams
- Excellent written, listening and presentation skills
- A results-driven doer with a positive can-do attitude that will motivate others to achieve personal and corporate goals
