HR Admin Assistant – French & English (F/M)

Our client, an international leading company within the FMCG industry, is currently seeking his new HR Administrative Assistant (F/M), to join the teams in Lausanne, Switzerland.

HR Administrative Assistant – French & English fluent
Temporary Contract (6 months)

- Reporting directly to the HR Director;
- Support the full HR team in a range of HR administration: the maintenance of employee files, the ERP updates and the preparation of any relevant HR documentation;
- Coordinate and organize the different steps of the On-boarding program for new employees from offer signature to Welcome Day;
- Ensure a proper follow up of the HR activities related to employee life cycle (Follow up on approval processes /Update HR IS systems to ensure efficient tracking and communication to relevant departments)
- Organize and handle Welcome Day for all newcomers throughout the region in the headquarters
- Use and apply internal policies and practices to ensure continuous process improvement and to propose appropriate solution to employee related issues.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A first experience in a similar position is required
- French & English fluent
