JOB POSITION - HR ADMINISTRATOR

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and have at least two years prior experience in similar positions. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Candidate must be able to work from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday in the Barcelona area.


Job Specification
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of our clients working on temporary employment contracts around the world including:
o Point of contact for all enquiries either by telephone or e-mail
o Verifying employment contracts
o Collecting and verifying compliance related documentation
• Accurate data input to document management software.
• Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction levels and service delivery turnaround within set time frames.
• Assisting the sales manager with sales related admin, prospecting and follow up calls to recruitment agencies and client.

Profile

• Prior experience of a minimum of 2 years in a similar customer service type role preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of accounting or working with payroll would be considered an advantage
• Articulate with an excellent command of written and spoken English – ability to work at a business level.
• A friendly and helpful approach to clients
• Flexible attitude and good attention to detail
• Mature self-starter, able to take responsibility, ownership and initiative
• Willingness to work within a multi-cultural environment
• Ability to multitask and problem solve, often working to time critical deadlines
• Basic IT skills – Microsoft Office
• Confident telephone manner

Working conditions:

-Long term contract
-26.000€ gross/year
