German Renewals Sales Manager

My client, an IT Security organisation based in Ireland are seeking a Renewals Sales manager to be part of their Sales team, ensuring contract Renewals and increase customer value.

Our successful applicant will be responsible for:
•Managing and installing customer base, engaging with customers across their product lifecycle ensuring they are getting maximum value from their solutions.
•Managing escalations through collaboration with various functions (support, sales etc.) for their Enterprise customers
•Identifying any potential customer with a risk and collaborating with the relevant internal teams to ensure a successful renewal.
•Proactively engaging with Channel partners working closely with them to close renewal business.
•Building strong relationships and complete regular account reviews with our Distribution and Channel partners ensuring there is a collaborative
•Driving retention rates & growth, achieving renewal revenue targets on a quarterly/yearly basis approach to manage the Customer base.
•Issuing Renewal quotations in a timely manner ensuring the customer has correct pricing in advance of their renewal due date.

You will have :
•Fluent German (speaking & writing)
•You have strong communication and negotiation skills and can confidently take ownership of your territory.
•Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help their customers reach their goals
•You can effectively manage your time and successfully manage your pipeline as well as accurately forecast revenue using CRM tools.
•Work within their sales team environment and have a desire to work in collaboration within the team
•Experienced in sales, ideally with a channel environment in the software or technology industries
