French Travel Consultant

Business Travel Consultant French speaker

Our client are an International Business Travel organisation based in Dublin.
This is a permanent, full-time position, where you will be responsible for supporting business travelers with their travel around the world.

Your role will involve:
- Booking flights, hotels, train-travel etc for clients and providing solutions for their issues related to their flights, hotel bookings or train-travel (before and after the trip).
- Ensuring the customers arrive on time to their destinations.
- Ensuring the customer problems are solved in a promptly and effective manner.
- Tracking the information in the database/ GDS travel system. (i.e: Amadeus, Galileo.. etc..)
- Escalating the problem to your manager if needed.

- Previous experience with booking programs
- You’ll be proficient in English and French (both written and oral)
