Financial Administrator

Our client are a Global Financial Services company based in Dublin and they are seeking a "Financial Administrator" to add to their Finance Department.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a minimum of 1/2 years experience within Fund Administration or Finance Administration and who wants to take a step further in their career.


This is a permanent position, based in Dublin city centre.


Your main duties and responsibilities will be:


Ensuring all trades are accurately recorded on our fund administration system
Responsibility for the timely settlement of trades
Responsibility for preparation of payments for daily electronic transfer and matching payments received on a daily basis.
You will be working closely with brokers.
Matching contract notes received to trades placed

Our sucesful candidate will have:


Third level degree, preferably in business or a related discipline
High levels of motivation, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
The ability to work within tight deadlines
High level of numeracy and the ability to work accurately, with a high level of detail
