FRENCH CUSTOMER SERVICE B2B

Our client is the global leader in providing distinctive Integrated Equipment and Service Solutions to the restaurant and retail industry.

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative with B2B experience.

A customer service representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that their customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Main activities
· Respond to all resupply/ sales inquiries. (by email and phone)
· Respond to all email inquiries from customers generated by Outlook.
· Review and verify all purchase order documents.
· Research and resolve problems and questions. Provide all information to French customers.
· Prepare customer accounts for billing transactions via Visa/MasterCard.
· Proven success in initiating in maintaining strong interpersonal relations.
· Receive orders through electronic transmission, verifying stocks/inventory, communicated with clients if there were any discrepancy or inventory concerns.
· Resolve all customer complaints effectively and efficiently. .
· Develop and foster strong relationships with other departments to ensure an understanding of their requirements and expectations.
· Monitor and update procedures and reports related to Resupply Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good attitude is very important.

Plus requirements:
• Experience as a customer service (B2C or B2B).
• Experience as a helpdesk
• Experience with a restaurant.
• Knowledge with SalesForce program or with ContactCenter programs.
• Other languages will be a plus.

Conditions:
-Long term Contract
-22.000€ gross/year
