FINANCIAL ANALYST - TEMPORARY

As a junior FP&A analyst, your main duties will be to support the FP&A team to build the 2018 budget, by collecting data, consolidated them and analyse the main variances. Additionally, you could perform a wide range of duties in the field of monthly consolidation, financial planning (e.g. forecasting), and management reporting, if needed.

Your primary duties are the following:

- Manage collection of data to fulfil templates for actual and forecast data 2017
- Work closely with local controllers to consolidate information
- Be pro-active to analyse variances
- Implement key controls to ensure coherence of data collected
- Participate actively to budget 2018 by completing templates, presenting information in the analytical structure required by internal customers
- Prepare presentations to Executives

Additionally, you could also, if needed:

- Support the monthly consolidation process, e.g. intercompany reconciliation process, recharges between affiliates
- Participate in the monthly closing process of the different entities to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, e.g. verification of manual journal entries
- Monitor and analyse the monthly rolling financial Forecast accuracy
- Build-up reports to share with Operations

Your profile:

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience
- BIG4 audit / consulting experience is a plus
- Fluent in English – Other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Hard worker with a hands-on attitude, self-starter, overachiever and problem-solver, able to plan prioritize and carry out multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines
- Good communication skill, great adaptability (fast growing and change environment) and stress resistant
- Good communication skills, positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint. VBA is a plus
- Accounting, US GAAP and SOX knowledge. Other GAAP knowledge is a plus
