EMEA Marketing Specialist - Industrial Laundry Systems Multinational

Position Located in: Barcelona

Your challenge:

Reporting to the International Retail Marketing Manager, as Marketing Specialist you will coordinate activities in advertising, promotion, and marketing research. You will coach and influence direct stores and franchisees in order to execute strategical and operational marketing actions that engage consumers’ hearts and minds at an EMEA level.

Your responsibilities:

• Implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products & services
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future services
• Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop retail marketing activities based high level annual marketing plan and project progress
• Implement retail marketing activities with related internal functions with end to end perspective
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics

Your profile:

• 3 years+ brand and retail marketing experience within an International company
• Exposure to multiple cultures and capacity to influence
• Sound communication and engagement skill with local and global stakeholders
• Skill level of written and speaking in English and Spanish, French and Italian are a plus
• Result oriented and end to end implementation
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Creativity thinking with ability to shape ideas to doable activity
• Experience working in a English-speaking environment
• Organised, used to work independently, coping with high demanding internal client

Very much appreciated but not mandatory:
• Graphic design skills (Adobe suite & Indesign)
• Digital Marketing & Social Media skills
