Ecommerce Manager – Home Office Based/ Germany

Key activities include:
• Content production
• Site merchandising
• Weekly trade including forecasting & promotional set up
• Email creation and segmentation amongst society data base
• Digital performance marketing – media buying across Google, Facebook & Amazon AMS, Display Remarketing & Affiliate management

Key Responsibility Areas
• Analyst—Draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on qualitative or quantitative data
• Gather information to better understand issues, problems, and opportunities
• Analyse information from a variety of sources to detect trends, associations, and cause-effect relationships
• Recommend the most effective course of action after evaluating options against decision criteria
• Develop monitoring and tracking systems to collect and review information

Brand/Product Advocate—Ensures that actions and decisions regarding products and brand enhance the organization’s reputation in the marketplace.
• Pursue opportunities to network with internal or external partners
• Anticipate customer needs, identify barriers to customer satisfaction, and implement customer-focused practices
• Ensure that others implement organizational strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation in the marketplace
• Gain others’ commitment to take action that will enhance the product brand or the organization’s reputation
• Customer Care – key contact for all customer queries across social, email and phone calls.

Position Specific Specialisations

Online Customer Insights – Deliver best in class in e-commerce acquisition, engagement, conversion & service initiatives aligned to German online customer behavioural insights.

Digital Content Creation – Liaise with the company Global and a third-party agency to trans-create all digital content for use across ecommerce platforms & digital media channels.

Site merchandising – Merchandise ecommerce platforms to deliver acquisition, engagement, & conversion rates aligned to the overall budget.

E-commerce sales delivery – Deliver annual sales budget for the ecommerce channels with weekly reporting, monthly forecasting & promotional set up. Liaise with marketing team on digital performance media to drive customer acquisition and frequency.

Build and successfully grow the company on marketplaces – Launch & grow Amazon in Germany. Also, unlock additional Marketplace opportunities to build the company generation in other European countries. Deliver best in class in market place acquisition, engagement, conversion & service initiatives aligned to customer behavioral insights. Plan, create and deliver company communication plans including top of the funnel brand awareness initiatives through to bottom of the funnel prospecting & conversion & loyalty initiative.

Customer Acquisition via Tea Society – Create and deliver email communication to company Society including customer segmentation and associated RFM activities.

Always on Performance Media – Deliver a 3:1 ROI on the digital performance media buy across search, Google, Facebook & Amazon AMS, Display Remarketing & Affiliate management
