Corporate Sales Representative

For our offices in either Munich or Bonn we are currently looking for a Corporate Sales Representative

Your Mission
The core mission of the role of the Inside Sales or CSR DACH (Corporate Sales Representative) is a) to drive annual subscription revenue in the assigned territory and b) to address incoming leads for Enterprise accounts to provide qualified opportunities to the Field Sales Team. The revenue production will come from the development of new accounts by qualifying inbound leads and outbound prospecting, increasing the transactional value through additional offerings and negotiating and closing the opportunity – all these activities are to be executed with or through partners or direct.
Key Accountabilities
• Revenue: Exceed assigned territory revenue quota (shared with the Rest of the Sales functions in the assigned territory of Sales DACH + individual CSR Led overlay quota)
• Activities: Maintain an high activity level for communication with customers, prospects and partners
• Conversions: Build a healthy pipeline and ensure a high conversion rate Partners: Help develop and work with key partners in the DACH Region.
Key Activities
• Follows up inbound leads with in-depth conversations and multiple touches to qualify for sales-ready opportunity
• Cold-calls target accounts to identify and build relationships with key personnel in the prospect accounts, arrange presentations and uncover opportunities
• SFDC management: convert leads to accounts & opportunities, update activities and new info in SFDC, check data quality and maintain SFDC in deal size and area of operation across all sales stages.
• conduct regular territory planning exercises and execute the plan
• Decide with RVP on partner for a specific deal and when to involve
• Drive low-touch deals with VAR or direct
• Determine matching solution alone or with chosen VAR, independently present the companies portfolio or solution in Webex or phone call.
• Involve Pre-Sales or partner technological resource as needed
• Forecast deals to management and act as consolidated point for deal information
• Negotiate deal with maximum ACV in mind, generate quotes in SFDC, close sales opportunities and ensure quote to PO process is going ok
• maintain regular contact with top VARs
Qualifications
• Language skills required: German and English, additional languages (e.g. French) a plus
• Minimum 1+ Years quota-carrying Inside Sales Experience, preferably selling Software solutions
• Must have experience with quarterly, monthly, weekly forecasting and account/territory planning in a partner-focused environment
• Must have experienced in territory building, cold calling and lead development
• Sales 2.0 approach – Communications, Marketing Automation, Collaboration, Sales Intelligence
• Consistent record of overachievement of revenue plan
• Ability to maintain volumes of 50+ activities per day / strong time management skills /open to new approaches and able to qualify and manage 2+ opportunities per month
• Experience selling support and/or subscription services
• Experience with data management / platform technologies a plus and experience in the Big Data/Data Integration/Data Quality market or interacting with open source community!
