Claims Administration Officer – Japanese speaker

Are you customer focused? And want to work in an administrative capacity?
My client is a world leading insurance company which is looking for a Customer Administration Officer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
• Conduct reporting
• Guarantee the client satisfaction to increase the loyalty ratio
• Working to service level agreements (KPI’s)
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Participate in departmental training
• Update the client database
Experience Required
• Previous experience in a customer focused role
• Experience in an administrative role
• Fluency in English and Japanese is essential for this role
• Strong communication (verbal & written)
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Results driven and solution oriented
