CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (German fluent)

Our client is a leading FMCG/luxury international company based in Lausanne. In order to reinforce the Customer service team dedicated to the German market, we are looking for a :

Customer service representative (German + English fluent)

You will manage a client portfolio within the assigned market, and you are the primarily point of contact of the client and local sales team. Focused on efficiently and accurately managing the order flow in the designated area of territories, you also ensure compliance at all times with customer requirements and internal policies to help solving any issue that might arise within a change management environment.


Your main missions:

- Manage customer orders to their expectations, including order entry & reviewing order primarily on quantities, prices, address and delivery dates.
- Daily follow up daily on customer orders from allocation to on time delivery.
Liaise with distribution centers and third parties to ensure proper and efficient treatment of orders
- Pro-actively inform customers on the order and delivery status
- Manage customer enquiries about orders such as delivery date, back in stock date, packing list etc.
- Liaise with markets sales team and keep them updated on, issues and any crucial information related to customers, orders etc.
- For export markets, provide all necessary shipping documents to customers such as packing list, invoice, airway bill, etc
- Ensure internal processes are followed and respected at all times and proactively inform the management on any potential risk/issue.
- Manage and reconcile claims and returns, ensuring credit notes are efficiently manage and done on time.
- Regularly maintain and update customer master file
- Manage/document customer requirements in order to provide customer satisfaction with each order and prevent deductions and/or complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are shared and followed throughout the organization


Your profile:

- German mother tongue or perfectly fluent + English fluent
- Ideally from2 years of professional experience in Customer Services team(Transport & deliveries experience a plus)
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Flexible, open minded, positive attitude and good Team player
- Organisation skills, capacity to deal with priorities and react to urgencies
- Analytical and problems solving skills
- Strong IT Skills
