CUSTOMER SERVICE - ECOMMERCE

CUSTOMER SERVICE B2B PORTUGUESE

Under the Head B2B Word Wide, you will receiving calls from our customers to solve doubts and giving them the best answers for Portuguese Customers.

Main activities:

- Answer questions

- Management and creation of content and chips

- Tasks Administrative job and incidences resolution

- Management of bookings and reservations for our customers.

- Helpdesk with the Manager and provide them the enough information for being autonomous in their use of the program and that they can get the maximum benefits with them.

The team is located in Barcelona.


Main competences:

Native Portuguese and Fluent Spanish
English will be a plus
Customer orientation

Communication skills
Dynamic and perseverant person
Oriented results
Good attitude is very important.
Plus requirements:

Experience as a customer service (B2C or B2B).
Experience as a helpdesk
Experience with a restaurant could be desirable
Knowledge with SalesForce program or with ContactCenter programs.
Other languages will be a plus.
We like organized people, dynamic and with good communications skills. Also use to work in team and with a high work volume.

Conditions: 2 months + permanent contract
Salary: 18.000€ per year + bonus (bonus is going to start after 2 months of contract)
