Business Developer or Sales Manager Belgium

Our client is a French company (with headquarters in Paris), part of the ‘great place to work’ in France.

They have around 170 employees and more than 700 important clients including BMW, Coca Cola, EY, Danone.

They are doing 100% growth as their recruitment Web platform is extremely useful: they have developed an innovative concept within the recruitment sector that makes them different and very attractive to clients.

They are looking for a Business Developer and a Sales Manager in charge of developing Belgium.

Missions Business Developer :

- Selling job adverts and videos to improve their employers' branding.
- Prospection of companies in Belgium to get appointments
- Face to face meetings to explain their service and how they are different from others.

- Frequent travels with Belgium.
- Negotiation and Closing
- Account Management

We are looking for a Flemish speaking candidate with experience in prospection and deal closing and a great personality as everybody in company is proud to be part of a company with such a great concept.


Missions Sales Manager :

- Managing 1 or 2 business developers
- In charge of the strategy to develop Belgium market
- Selling also yourself job adverts and videos to improve their employers' branding.

We are looking for a Flemish speaking candidate with experience in prospection, deal closing and some management.

Attractive salary package depending on experience (attractive basic + uncapped commissions).

Permanent contract to start ASAP in Brussels.
