Assistant Store Manager

Our client are a high-end Premium brand based in London, they specialize in high Premium fashion garments and accessories and provide a high end service to its customer.

They are seeking an excellent and experienced “Assistant Store Manager” to be based in their London store.

Our successful applicant will be responsible for:

Selling, advising and developing our clientele by providing a privileged and personalized service
Back-office management: ensuring the compliance with the brand image in terms of merchandising, store arrangement
Optimizing the administrative and stock management
Performance development: following-up and analyzing the KPIs, and leading the team on a daily basis.

Your profile will have:

A higher degree in sales/business, you have a first experience in a similar position preferably in the High-End/Luxury Fashion industry
Excellent interpersonal and management skills, you love a good challenge and you have a great sense of service
You also have an irreproachable presentation and be well-spoken
Salary will be in the ball park of £25-£30K (depending on your experience) + performance based bonuses
