Area Manager - Dutch Speaker (home based)

Our client, an International Luxury Jewlery group and as part of their growth they are seeking for a Bilingual Dutch and English Area Manager/ Sales Executive who is passionate about Luxury Jelwery products.

You will be based from home and travelling around Belgium,Flanders optmize, represent and sell the products.

The succesful candidate will be responsible for:

Organizing the schedule of weekly road trip.
Representing the brand among key clients in Belgium (Flanders)
Strengthen sales growth, market share and brand profitability.
Negotiate the best store locations for the brand.
Develop and maintain the existing network, prospect new stores with high potential.
Follow the sell in / sell out, the replenishment evolution of existing network.
Supervise the entire store consumer experience.
Communication with the Purchasing department on the flow and maintenance of good inventory levels and loss prevention in stores.
Pilot your P & L and set up corrective actions if needed.
Coordination of semi-annual inventories and continuous rotating inventories.
Coordinate marketing operations and be the warrant of the visual merchandising guidelines.
Set and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.

You will have:

Confirmed experience of 2 to 5 years as Area manager or equivalent position in the fashion accessory industry and more particularly the jewelry ones from which you master the dedicated codes, actors and sales techniques. Any experience in managing multiple stores is essential
Speak fluently French, English and Dutch and have knowledge of the Belgium (Flanders) and Netherlands markets.
You appreciate working on the field and having contact with several teams.
