Account Manager - Dutch - up to €100K OTE

You have at least 2 years experience in account management and/or sales, you are fluent in Dutch and are looking to join an amazing, fun and fast growing company based in Dublin city centre?

Your role will involve:

• Your key focus will be to grow and retain the managed portfolio of clients in the Benelux market
• You will establish, maintain and effectively manage business relationships with both senior and day-to-day contacts on client/advertising agency side
• You'll carry out regular QBRs and face to face meetings with clients/agencies
• You will implement and optimize campaign performance using internal tools and data analysis
• You'll take active part in various marketing events (conferences, master classes, round tables)
• You will manage internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams and offices
• You'll mentor new team members

You are the right person for the job if you have:

• Fluency in the Dutch language
• University Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in account management and/or sales
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of working with direct clients and advertising agencies within the UKI market
• Deep knowledge of the display advertising ecosystem required (RTB, Programmatic Buying, performance marketing, analytics and attribution modelling, in Google Analytics in particular)
• You'll have a proven track record of owning a book of business retaining and growing revenue with a consultative approach
• You have experience in working in a fast-paced, high energy sales culture
• You are a strong communicator and highly analytical working with multiple stakeholders
• You have great sales skills and the ability to handle objections from clients
• You're adaptable, receptive to feedback and eager to learn new things
• You're a team-player with a collaborative approach to work
