Sales Manager (Dutch English)

Our client are a Global Internet security organisation based in Ireland, Cork. As part of their global growth they are seeking a Sales Manager (Dutch speaker) to drive their sales in EMEA bringing new partners, managing and developing the company based partners.

We are looking for a dynamic, customer focused and motivated individual to take on the exciting opportunity to manage our existing Customer Base!
The SMB Renewals team have a primary focus on Customer and Partner health, ensuring our Customers are gaining maximum outcomes from our solutions and therefore continue to renew on time, and increase customer value.

You will be responsible for

Identify any potential customer with a mix risk and collaborate with the relevant internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal.
Manage our installed customer base, engaging with our customers across their product lifecycle ensuring they are deploying & getting maximum value from their solutions.
Driving retention rates & growth, achieving renewal revenue targets on a quarterly/yearly basis.
Managing escalations through collaboration with various functions (support, sales etc.) for our Enterprise customers
Collaborate closely with account managers, sharing with them updates on the customer and engaging them when Customer has additional projects ongoing.
Build strong relationships and complete regular account reviews with our Distribution and Channel partners ensuring there is a collaborative approach to managing our Customer base.

Your profile

You have strong communication and negotiation skills and can confidently take ownership of your territory.
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
Fluent Dutch
You can effectively manage your time and successfully manage your pipeline as well as accurately forecast revenue using our CRM tools.
An extraordinary teammate with the capability to work within our high-energy sales team environment and have a desire to work in collaboration within the team for broader success.
Experienced in sales, ideally with a channel environment in the software or technology industries
Positive and professional communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
University degree or have the equivalent work experience
