Renewals Sales Manager (Dutch)

My client is one of the global leaders in enterprise data & cyber security solutions. We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to develop and drive sales within small and midsized customer organisations, across many industries in Europe.


You will be in charge of:

Manage our installed customer base, engaging with our customers across their product life cycle ensuring they are deploying & getting maximum value from their solutions.

Managing escalations through collaboration with various functions (support, sales etc.) for our Enterprise customers

Identify any potential customer with a churn risk and collaborate with the relevant internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal.

Driving retention rates & growth, achieving renewal revenue targets on a quarterly/yearly basis.

Collaborate closely with account managers, sharing with them updates on the customer and engaging them when Customer has additional projects ongoing.

Proactively engage with Channel partners working closely with them to close renewal business.

Build strong relationships and complete regular account reviews with our Distribution and Channel partners ensuring there is a collaborative approach to managing our Customer base.

Issuing Renewal quotations in a timely manner ensuring the customer has correct pricing in advance of their renewal due date.

Generating quarterly reports providing general customers insights, revenue achievements and other observations for the SMB Customer base.

Achieving Renewal numbers & Forecast with accuracy


Your Profile:

You can effectively manage your time and successfully manage your pipeline as well as accurately forecast revenue using our CRM tools.

An extraordinary teammate with the capability to work within our high-energy sales team environment and have a desire to work in collaboration within the team for broader success.

Experienced in sales, ideally with a channel environment in the software or technology industries

A college/university degree or have the equivalent work experience
Fluent Dutch
