IT-Helpdesk Administrator

Our client are an Insurance Company specialised in Creditor Protection Insurance and is market leader in France and Europe with around 30 partners in 6 countries.

Your key responsibilities will be:



Management of the IT Helpdesk e-mail inbox
Prioritise tasks as per as level of urgency
Solve basic troubleshooting in house, escalate and report urgent server, network or IT problems and technical issues to IT service provider – indicating the urgency of the issue.
Set up PCs/laptops/phones/network connection for employees and provide technical support when required.
Open, follow up and manage support tickets with vendors. Provide regular updates to both Management and end users.
Manage relationships with vendors.
Manage Operations database, Iris and Respond V5 system ensuring fields are up to date to accurately reflect day-to-day business for reporting purpose
Support Operations department to streamline processes using the appropriate tool – mainly MS Excel and MS Word


To be successful you will have :

2 to 4 years’ experience required in an IT helpdesk team.
Expertise on one or more of the following: Network, cyber security, information systems
Project oriented
Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work on own initiative
Good analytical skills – able to interpret data accurately
Problem solving and trouble shooting ability
Systems & Applications experience
Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Pack Office
Fluency in French and English
