IT Service Desk Administrator bilingual French and English – €30k + excellent benefits

A European insurance provider based in Dublin city centre is looking for a IT service desk Administrator for a permanent contract based in Dublin city centre.
The role of the IT Service Desk Administrator is to provide back up to the IT Helpdesk supervisor in his missions and to administrate the IT Applications . The core focus of the role is to support the day-to-day issues, providing effective first line assistance on any technical issues or queries, as well as training and guiding users.

• IT Applications administration and Digital projects
• Management of the IT Helpdesk e-mail inbox
• Set up PCs/laptops/phones/network connection for employees and provide technical support when required.
• Open, follow up and manage support tickets with vendors. Provide regular updates to both Management and end users.

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years’ experience required in an IT helpdesk team.
• Expertise on one or more of the following: Network, cyber security, information systems, architecture,…
• Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work on own initiative
• Systems & Applications experience
• Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Pack Office
• Fluency in French and English
