Content Moderation – Dublin - Dutch speaker

Join the Content Moderation team at one of the world’s leading online jobs boards on the 14th of January 2019.
You will be working for a highest-traffic job website in the USA that has a presence in over 50 countries.

The Content Moderator/Search Quality Moderator will be responsible for working on the online reputation of the number one job site in the world. You will monitor and apply rules and guidelines as set down by our client to determine if the content being communicated on their company profile is as effective as possible to drive applications from job-seekers. You will cross check typical search terms with job descriptions. This will ensure the candidate gets the most relevant job opportunities on the site. This will also ensure the employer gets the best quality applications.
It is important to maintain a good knowledge of the services the site provides and report all feedback on the client experience.
Skills
• Fluency professionally proficient in English & Dutch
• Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and issues effectively, selecting appropriate regional language and tone
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to clearly document work performed
• Proficiency in Google G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, sheets etc.)
• Experience in a content moderation, quality or contact center role desirable


It is a permanent position 40hours a week, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week but require flexibility on working hours and days.
Salary: €27 500 gross a year + benefits and fast career progression
