Administrative Assistant French and English speaker

A global international business that designs, manufacturers and supplies commercial equipment. The company works closely with its clients to support their global expansion.

Role & Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for a fluent French and English speaking for the position of Administrative Assistant.
This is an important role within our busy customer service and administrative team, a perfect role for a hard working team player. The successful candidate will help to reinforce and strengthen our current team.
You will be responsible in ensuring order information & updates are entered to the production system completely, accurately and immediately following the instructions from the Market Manager:
• Ensure invoices are sent promptly to customers.
• Look after the client account – warranty.
• Take responsibility for action to resolve overdue accounts.
• Ensure that shipping documents are correct.
• Ensure daily administration work is dealt with.
• Assist Market managers.
• Flexibility in doing different tasks.

The candidate must show a high level of accuracy & attention to detail, he/she must be able to have a positive proactive attitude and looking for a long term opportunity in a stable company.

Important Personal Qualities:
• Precision
• Fluency In French and English
• Good attention to detail
• Strong ability to follow through on outstanding actions
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Excellent communicator
• Team Player

The Salary is €26k -€28k
Job Type: Permanent and full-time, Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30PM
Job Location: Dublin West, County Dublin
