Sales Executive- (Work from home in Germany or Benelux countries)

Our client are a joint venture company with a leading US licensed goods business which is expected to drive significant growth opportunities in both licensed apparel and accessories across Europe to existing and new customers.
To support their growth and new direction they are seeking exceptional "Sales staff for European Sales" - German speaker, based in Germany or Benelux.

Your responsibilities will involve:

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Manage product, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
Negotiating variation in price, delivery and specifications with production when necessary.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Plan, carry out and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
To work alongside account managers to help them achieve their targets with their individual customer base where garment blanks are concerned.
Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment

The successful applicant will have:

At least 2 years sales experience, with a proven track record of success, preferably within the apparel / accessories field.
Recent relationships / customer base within the High Street retail or supermarket sector.
Proven track record in signing and ‘on-boarding’ new customers.
Applies a consultative approach to managing existing customer relationships and in revitalizing dormant contacts.
Confident and competent in communicating at all levels, both verbally and in writing; delivering a compelling sales message.
Focused and driven on achieving the highest standards of customer service along side achieving and exceeding sales targets.
The successful applicant will have experience within Accessories or Fashion Industry, Retail or Licensing sector.
This sales experience may be from working for a retailer in the supply chain, as a supplier to retail or from licensed product sales and the ideal candidate will have experience selling to multiple retailers.
If you want to join our European team, you will actively sell to customers in a specific country in Europe and you should be competent and confident in the relevant language; and be able to demonstrate that you have experience working in a sales environment within your relevant country.
