You know that office management isn’t just making coffee and copies? You are interested in art and animation? You speak German and English? You are very organized, happy to take care of admin tasks and stay on top of finances? Then you are the candidate I’m looking for!

I am recruiting for an:

Office Manager based in Berlin // full time + permanent

The company

The company is an arts and animation studio based in the heart of Friedrichshain in Berlin. They are a small international team of super talented artists working with a wide range of clients in the Entertainment industry. Currently, they are looking for someone to support them in the office on a day to day basis – to make sure creativity can flow undisturbed.

The job

- Be the first point of contact face to face or on the phone
- Take care of payroll and bookkeeping
- Make sure the office is always fully stocked with everything to have things
running smoothly
- Organize and book travel for the CEO and artists whenever needed
- Offer support in the office with IT questions etc.

It could be for you if

- You are fluent in English and German
- You know how to use Mac and Microsoft Office software
- You are responsible, punctual and very organized
- You are a self-starter and enjoy working in a creative environment
- You are a people’s person and are happy to take care of others
