Luxury jewellery brand is looking for an experienced Field Sales rep- working from home in the Area or North/West Germany.

Sales Representative West and North - Germany


The position will be based in Germany, preferably in West and North and report directly to the sales director Germany. This is an exciting position to set-up a strong presence for the fashionable jewellery and accessory brand in Germany.

The Sales Representative will be an entrepreneurial area sales manager who will contribute the distribution business development. The successful candidate will be a brand builder who embraces the potential and positioning of the Brand, while bringing appropriate contacts and experience with sales, multi brand jewellery stores, department stores, concept stores.

The right candidate will be a hands-on business developer and an excellent communicator with a high level of autonomy and reliability. This individual will also bring outstanding financial acumen and savvy.

JOB DESCRIPTION
•You aim to achieve the sales objectives
•You target, prospect, develop and retain your existing customers for your dedicated sales area
•You build up new points of sale until extensive reach
•You ensure the best visibility of our brands on points of sale by negotiating the best windows and fixture or shop in shop set up
•Your train in store salespeople on brand concept
•You monitor the sell out and replenishment from your customers
•You set and follow Marketing operations for your customers
•You share the field information to your hierarchy in order to adapt your growth sales strategy
•You are the brand ambassador to your customers
•You are burning for what you are doing



REPORTING
•Communicate with sales director to review sales KPIS, marketing activities, market feedback
•Complete and submit weekly itineraries, account evaluation reports and monthly expense reports



The ideal candidate will be a:
•Area sales manager
•Strong wholesale connections, specialty proven experience developing jewellery / accessory with retail partners
•Able to direct an integrated retail marketing effort to support the sell-in and sell-thru objectives

•A flexible multi-tasker who is willing to “roll up his/her sleeves”


•Charismatic, and energetic with a personal presence and appropriate style and taste to represent the Company


•Passionate about Luxury, jewellery and Fashion and highly knowledgeable about the German market in his region


•A proactive, motivated communicator



We are looking for someone one with 6months+ of relevant experience. Fluent German and English necessary.
