SETUP AVAYA IP OFFICE SOFTPHONE OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

1* Setup a tunnel to our firewall by installing GVCSetup32.exe (14.22 Mb) if using Windows XP,  Vista or 7 32 bits or GVCSetup64.exe (13.21 Mb) if using Windows 7 64 bits

2* Install the IP Office Softphone file (42 Mb). If problem to launch the program then clean the dotnet files with cleanup_tool.exe (0.29 Mb) and download Microsoft Framework .NET 3.5: www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=d0e5dea7-ac26-4ad7-b68c-fe5076bba986 (231.50 Mb)
